SXC
The SXC is a reliable, high performance, low maintenance full suspension bike. Our proven design features the highest quality chainstays which flex in the vertical plane allowing for 1" of pivotless rear wheel travel. When paired with a Fox F series or similiar fork you have an ultra lightweight, purpose built race / trail weapon. Never reach for a lockout lever again. Our design locks or firms the frame on smooth terrain and goes fully active when the trail gets rough. When used with the Fox Fork Terralogic or similiar system the SXC completely filters rider-induced forces from bumps in the terrain. Hammer out of the saddle and you accelerate bob-free, strike a bump and let the suspension do the work. Choose from the SXC Race (80mm fork) or SXC Trail (100mm fork) or go full custom.

Each and every SXC frame is handmade with the very best materials in the world. You have the option of ordering your new SXC with US Made 3A/2.5V Titanium or True Temper OX Platinum Steel.
3A/2.5V US Made Titanium Consists of 3% aluminum, 2.5% vanadium and 94.5% pure titanium. Specifically our titanium has the "R" grade processing. "R" for radically aligned crystals which increases strength and durability. All of our tubesets are cold-worked and stress relieved for extra durability and stiffness. Our Ti tubes
possess a minimum yield strength of 105 ksi and a minimum ultimate tensile strength of 125 ksi. 3/2.5 Ti as an annealed elongation of 15-30% and a cold-worked ductility of 10%. 3/2.5 Ti as a fatigue strength-to-weight ratio roughly twice that of basic aircraft grade 4130 chrome-moly steel. And Ti offers superior resiliency and corrosion resistance. In short, Ti is the ultimate material for lightweight high-strength bicycle fabrication.
OX Platinum is a proprietary superthermophillic (heat-loving) alloy, developed in partnership with the U.S. Steel Alliance. The composition of Chromium, Molybdenum, and Vanadium with an unprecedented 217 ksi ultimate tensile strength makes this alloy actually gain strength through a metallurgical transformation in the heat-affected zone as a result of welding or brazing. OX Platinum is highly temper-resistant, resulting in an 11% increase in fatigue life and a 20% increase in impact strength over the competition. The increased mechanical properties of OX Platinum allow for incredibly strong, yet lightweight frame designs with that legendary feel of steel ride quality.

A flat rate of $ 55 for a Frame (includes fork if applicable) anywhere in the lower 48 states of USA. Shipped in custom frame box via USPS Priority, Insured Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
A complete bike can be shipped to any address in the world. Your new bike will be shipped in an Air Caddy Bike Box. Bike will be delivered to your door step via DHL or Fed Ex 99.9 % assembled. All you need to do is put on the front wheel, fasten the front brake, insert the seatpost and inflate the tires. Air Caddy Box is re-useable for many more hassle free trips with your bike.
